Company presentation
Our company was founded more than 20 years ago by Frits Bruijnse who disposes of a triple qualification as Expert-Comptable and Commissaire aux Comptes in France and also as Registeraccountant in The Netherlands.
We offer tailor-made and quality audit, advisory and accounting services in order to satisfy all our clients' demands.
We have a solid experience, an extended network, a strong knowledge of local tax, social, legal and accounting laws and regulations combined with a perfect understanding of both English and Dutch languages.
This allow us to guide our clients the best way and provide them with the necessary support with respect to local tax, accounting and legal compliance.
Our client portfolio mainly consists of subsidiaries of both Dutch and International groups having activities in France but we also assist private individuals in the context of real estate investments.
We are located in the heart of the French Alps, between Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble.
As a significant part of our customers are from Dutch origin, we travel to The Netherlands on a regular base in order to attend working sessions and meetings.

Frits Bruijnse
Chartered accountant & listed external auditorFounder of the company, Frits started his career at Van Dien & Co in Amsterdam (currently PwC) and obtained the Dutch chartered accountant diploma. In the early 90's, he moved to France and while working for several audit, accounting and advisory firms he obtained the French chartered accountant diploma. Frits disposes of an extended network, a solid experience in international business as well as a strong knowledge of French/Dutch laws and regulations.
Antoine Bruijnse
Chartered accountant & listed external auditorAntoine started his career in 2011 in The Netherlands at KPMG Amsterdam and was an active member of the KPMG French Desk which allowed him to work on FR-NL cross border engagements. He worked in the audit practice for more than 7 years and gained his experience and knowledge by performing audit engagements for Dutch listed companies as well as Dutch subsidiaries/holdings of French listed companies. Antoine joined our firm in 2018 and is chartered accountant and listed external auditor in France.
Eliott Bazin
Manager | Advisory & accountingEliott graduated from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne with a Master 2 degree in audit, accounting and control. He started his professional career within a large Paris-based advisory, audit and accounting office (also member of an international network) where acquired and developed his knowledge for several years. Eliott disposes of solid advisory/accounting skills and was also involved in legal audit engagements. Within our office, he mainly focuses on providing advisory and accounting services for a large portfolio of small and medium sized entities operating in different sectors.
Anthony Largeau
Supervisor | Advisory & accountingAnthony graduated from the University of Nantes with a Master's 2 degree in audit, accounting and control. While working for an advisory/accounting firm based in Nantes, he acquired and developed his knowledge for 4 years. Within our firm since January 2023, his client portfolio is composed of international SME’s operating in France and he is assisting them on a daily basis with their local accounting and tax compliance.
Claudia Bruijnse
Assistant | Advisory & accountingClaudia graduated with an accounting and management degree from the IPAC Business School. She's working for our firm since 2015. She disposes of solid skills in both Dutch and English languages which provides noticeable added value for our clients. Claudia is primarily involved in assisting our private clients portfolio as well as in the sector of real estate investments.
Tetiana Honcharenko
Assistant | Advisory & accountingTetiana graduated wtih a Master's 2 degree in finance and management at the IPAC Business School in France. She also gradutated with a Master's degree in finance at the University of Dnipropetrovsk in Ukraine and also graduated with a Bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Lyon. Before joining our team in 2019, Tetiana acquired working experience in finance and accounting in Ukraine. Within our firm, she assists on various accounting and advisory engagements.
Mathilde Santy-Guillot
Assistant | Advisory & accountingMathilde graduated with a Bachelor's degree in accounting & management from the IPAC Business School and obtained the French Diploma of Accounting and Management (DCG). She joined our team in 2017 and is primarily involved in assisting our private clients portfolio as well as in the sector of real estate investments.
Romain Dassonville
Manager | Advisory & accountingRomain graduated as a French Chartered Accountant in 2023. Within our firm since May 2021, he is mainly involved on several specific advisory/accounting engagements. His client portfolio is composed of international SME’s operating in France and he is assisting them on a daily basis with their local accounting and tax compliance.
Kelly Barbier
Management assistantKelly graduated with an accounting and management degree from the IPAC Business School. Before joining us in 2020, she developed her skills both within a local accounting firm as well as small and medium entities. Currently, she is mainly focused on the administration and internal procedures of our own accounting firm. She is also in-charge of all our domicliation activities.
Maxime Provent
Assistant | Advisory & accountingMaxime graduated with an accounting degree and obtained the French Diploma of Accounting and Management (DCG). After a first experience within an accounting and advisory firm (member of an international network), he is strengthening our team since 2018. His client portfolio is composed of international SME’s operating in France and he is assisting them on a daily basis with their local accounting and tax compliance.
Amadou Barry
Assistant | Advisory & accountingAmadou graduated from the IAE of Grenoble with a Master’s 2 degree in audit, accounting and control. Before joining our firm in 2021, he fulfilled several audit and advisory roles both within accounting firms and corporates. His client portfolio is primarily composed of French and international real estate companies as well as private real estate clients. Amadou also assists on several accounting and advisory engagements.
Nicolas Declinchamp
Supervisor | Audit, advisory & accountingNicolas graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine with a Master's 2 degree in audit, accounting and control. He started his professional career within a Paris-based bank and subsequently a large Paris-based advisory, audit and accounting firm (member of an international network) where he could acquire and develop his knowledge for 4 years in total. Within our firm since January 2023, his client portfolio is composed of international SME’s operating in France. He is both involved on legal audits and accounting/advisory engagements.
Adrien Do Vale
Assistant | Audit, advisory & accountingAdrien obtained his diploma in accounting and management (Master level) in 2023 after studying at the IUT Lyon 1. Before joining us in July 2023, he worked within a Lyon-based advisory, audit and accounting firm where he could acquire and develop his knowledge for 2 years. Within our office, his client portfolio is composed of international SME’s operating in France. Currently following the education program to become a Chartered Accountant in France, he is both involved on legal audits and accounting/advisory engagements.
